Presidential Brief

Okay, so I'm writing a brief post as I have the privilege of spending some time with my daughter this President's Day. I'll return to a longer post tomorrow, but for today this is what's on my mind:Because of Christ, the guilt of our sin is gone.

No more.

Forgotten.

Our debt is paid.

When we give headspace to the guilt of our sin, we're engaging in unnecessary debt.

The weight of it will kill us.

Bearing the consequences of sin is discipleship, but continuing to feel obligated to the guilt of it is allowing Satan to convince of things that just aren't true.

Today, no more payments need to be made. Let your mind rest of being debt-free.

Blessings, friends.
