Here is a prayer for Friday, closing out what has been a wild week for me and hopefully a blessedly interesting week for you as well:

Father, I am not.

I want to be.

I hope to be.

But I'm not.

So Father above all things I need...

reminded.

encouraged.

persuaded.

convicted.

delivered.

invigorated.

calmed.

silenced.

lifted.

So that I might be what I am not.
